Filtration meshes from GKD form the basis for standard filter units used in the production of vegetable oil.

The filter plates of the typical Niagara filters are fitted with various filtration meshes from GKD. PZ Microdur weaves/reversed plain dutch weaves and plain dutch weaves are the preferred filter media here. In comparison, PZ Microdur weaves/reversed plain dutch weaves and plain dutch weaves excel through their high degree of mechanical robustness, which extends the service life of the filter elements. Matched square meshes offer support and inner drainage in the construction of plates.

Besides semi-finished products and materials on rolls, we also offer our Neverleak filter plates for vegetable oil filtration applications. Neverleak filter plates combine sophisticated production technologies with our expertise of special system requirements. These can be produced individually for all standard filter types. In addition, we also offer technologies for repairing other plate systems.
