Filter systems, filtration meshes, filter elements and filter belts from GKD are used in many different applications in the field of cooling lubricant filtration. Applications range from ultrafine grinding and honing applications, right through to the filtration of coarse particles produced by machining.

We start by selecting the optimum filtration mesh and then produce both static filter elements and filter belts. With their high regenerative capacity and mechanical robustness, they are designed to offer a long service life in the respective mechanical environment of the filter unit. In parallel to this, our Maxflow compactsystem and Maxflow belt filter series also enable us to handle corresponding tasks at the apparatus level. Together with test runs or on-site rental equipment, the careful and analytical preparatory work performed in our laboratory forms the basis for secure designs.
